                Mohan & Venkataramanan, (M&V) is an Indian firm of Chartered Accountants providing comprehensive services in accounting, audit & assurance, consultancy in taxation, finance, statutory compliances, new ventures, restructuring, B P O and other allied areas.    

             Mr. R. Mohan started his practice in 1991 and Mr. D Venkataramanan joined him in 1996 to form M&V as a Chartered Accountant firm registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
